Payment Methods 

Payment may be made via PAY PAL secured payment method accepting the following credit cards; VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Bank transfers are also an accepted form of payment.



Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added during the checkout process according to your shipping address. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.



All orders are dispatched from Barcelona Spain. We currently offer delivery services worldwide. All deliveries are made with a courier and require a signature. It may be more convenient to provide a work address to ensure your order can be delivered when scheduled. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes. 

Your tracking number is sent to the email address provided for the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. 

Shipping to any destination in Spain is free. To all other destinations shipping charges will be calculated upon check-out. 

Messenger service may be arranged for destinations within the city of Barcelona. Please contact us for pricing and arrangements.


Order Confirmation 

Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press "submit" and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print out this document and save it for your records.


Complimentary Gift wrap 

All scarves come uniquely packaged in a recycled kraft tube with a customized, hand-numbered label making a beautiful gift. Upon check-out you will be given the option to include a gift message which will be handwritten on a gift card and included with your scarf at no additional cost.


Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. We do not offer refunds but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Van Hise has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.


Stock Availability 

It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product. As with any limited edition, items are subject to availability. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by sending us an email to receive notification of reprints due to high demand.


Garment Care 

DRY CLEAN ONLY. It is very important to follow the instructions on the scarf label as we may not be held responsible for damaged scarves due to other cleaning methods. 


A Note about Color 

On our Shop, we strive to display as accurately as we can the true colors of our products.  However, we can not guarantee that the color of our scarves as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive color.
